Signup Process
Booking Policy
- If you feel your current tutor is not the right fit for any reason, simply email us and we will be happy to arrange a new match.
- Bookings may be refunded within 14 days, provided no lessons have been used.
- If you have taken your first lesson and feel the match is not right, and you do not wish to explore other tutor options, you may request a refund for any remaining unused lessons.
- Lessons may be used over a period of up to two years from the date of purchase.
